This website is operated by Pulltastic LLC, hosted on the Wix platform. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pulltastic TCG.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Effective: April 16 2025.

Products and Availability

All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if necessary. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Product images are for reference only. Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon cards, there may be variations in condition or print run.

Orders, Shipping, Payments

Orders are processed securely through Wix’s payment system or approved third-party providers (e.g., PayPal). All payments must be completed before shipment.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for suspected fraud or inventory issues.

We ship to the United States. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier. Tracking numbers are provided when available.

 

We are not responsible for delays or losses once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

By purchasing from a live stream (e.g., TikTok), you agree that all pulls shown live are final. No exchanges or returns are offered unless stated otherwise.

REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on purchases — including live stream pulls, mystery bags, sealed products, or individual cards — unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product. Effective: April 16 2025.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a replacement or store credit:

  • Email us at business@pulltastictcg.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We’ll assess the claim and get back to you within 2–3 business days

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier. Once your order is marked as shipped and tracking is provided, responsibility is transferred to the shipping service.
